To get started, we’ll need:
Copy of your license (if applicable);
Proof of insurance (General Liability & Workers' Comp);
Signed Subcontractor Agreement (DocuSign link provided);
References or photos from previous jobs;
W-9 Form for payment processing.
All documents are stored securely and can be updated through our CRM portal.
